Abstract

This case report describes a 45-year-old male presenting with prolonged fever, weight loss, anemia, and splenomegaly, where multiple differential diagnoses including acute leukemia, visceral leishmaniasis, tuberculosis, sepsis, and malaria were considered. The model output favored a haematological etiology, and subsequent peripheral smear and bone marrow examination confirmed the diagnosis of acute leukemia.
